US Green Card Lottery 2021 Registration Closing Soon: Moroccans Have Days Left to Apply

Having started on Thursday, October 3, registrations for the 2021 US Immigration Visa Lottery Program (visa lottery) will end this week, specifically on Thursday, November 7.
Moroccans who wish to have a chance to live in the United States still have a few days to register for the 2021 US Immigration Visa Lottery Program (visa lottery). Indeed, Thursday, November 7 will mark the end of registrations.
In 2018, 2,202 Moroccans won the visa lottery. Egypt tops the list with 5,568 visas obtained, followed by the Democratic Republic of Congo (4,743), Sudan (3,691) and then Algeria (2,745 visas).
The luckiest and most privileged are the Ethiopians. They represent 10% of participants in the lottery worldwide and also of winners in the draw on the continent.
Established by the Immigration Act of 1990, the Diversity Visa (DV) program aims to diversify the immigrant population in the United States by selecting applicants mainly from countries with low immigration rates to the United States. In total, 55,000 immigrant visas are issued each year to the winners.
