Google Doodle Honors Morocco’s Independence Day with Flag Display

This Monday, November 18, Google is celebrating Morocco’s independence with a special Doodle. The Moroccan flag is highlighted on the search engine’s homepage.
On its homepage, Google in Morocco describes in its own way how the celebration is taking place in Morocco. We are still a bit far from reality, but we will say that the AI has not been very imaginative:
"Today, the Doodle celebrates Morocco’s Independence Day!
Parades take place throughout Morocco to recognize the country’s long struggle for freedom. Moroccan flags, adorned with a green five-pointed star on a red background, decorate the streets, homes, and even today’s Doodle! Street vendors offer spectators traditional dishes such as couscous with meat and vegetables, hearty stews, and fried sweet pastries in the shape of a rose for dessert.
At home, people watch the celebrations on television and gather with their friends and families. As night falls, fireworks light up the sky.
Happy Independence Day, Morocco!"
