Google CEO Praises Morocco’s Historic World Cup Semi-Final Qualification

The messages of congratulations continue after Morocco’s historic qualification for the World Cup semi-finals. Google CEO Sundar Pichai also saluted this feat of the Atlas Lions.
It’s a shower of messages of congratulations and support since the end of the Morocco-Portugal match, won by Walid Regragui’s men. Decision-makers, politicians, actors, singers, footballers and other celebrities have expressed their joy at seeing Morocco and Africa reach this level of the competition for the first time.
After Shakira and Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, the CEO of Google has in turn reacted to the qualification of the Atlas Lions. "Watching the scenes in Marrakech (one of the most beautiful cities I’ve been to). It’s incredible. A historic moment, the first African country to reach the semi-finals. Congratulations to Morocco!" he tweeted.
