French Woman in Her 50s Found Dead in Moroccan Coastal Town of Mirleft

A maid has just found her employer, a French national, dead in her home, this Thursday, April 18, in Mirleft, in the Sidi Ifni region.
According to the Arabic version of 360, the deceased’s health had been deteriorating in recent times and she had received a visit on Tuesday from one of her friends, also a foreigner, who had come expressly because of her illness. She was in her fifties.
Le360 writes: "The death of this French national for unknown reasons has stirred up the local authorities and the gendarmerie in Mirleft, as well as the civil protection and the scientific police."
The same source specifies that fingerprints have been taken and the body has been taken to the morgue to be autopsied, at the regional hospital in Agadir. The cause of death is to be determined with accuracy. An investigation has also been opened.
