French Temp Agency Giant Proman Expands into Moroccan Job Market

The Proman group, a specialist in temporary employment and human resources, announced on Monday its intention to open agencies in Morocco, the first ones in Africa.
Thus, for its international expansion, the group has chosen five major cities in the kingdom, namely: Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir, Dakhla and Marrakech, to take advantage of the "rapidly growing" Moroccan market in the sector, the group said in a statement.
This investment follows the acquisition of VHP Assist, a company specializing in temporary work and recruitment based in Casablanca. Since its creation in 2018, the company has experienced rapid growth.
"The deployment in Morocco will focus on the industrial, tertiary or agricultural sectors and on the entire territory from the Oriental to the Southern Provinces," the same source specifies.
Proman aims to become a key player in flexible and sustainable HR solutions in Morocco. In 2021, it achieved a turnover of 2.9 billion euros.
