Moroccan Real Estate Giant Alliances Unveils 8 Billion Dirham Growth Plan Through 2025

After a successful restructuring plan and a flourishing year 2021, the real estate group Alliances has unveiled its business plan for the 2022-2025 period.
This is a roadmap that includes 20 projects with "significant" potential for the next four years, reports L’Économiste, citing a press release from the group.
These projects will generate a total turnover exceeding 8 billion DH, a cumulative net profit of over 1 billion DH and a profit exceeding 1 billion DH, the Group indicates, which will unveil its annual achievements next March.
In 2021, the group has shown resilience, withstanding the Covid-19 health crisis and expects a growth in turnover compared to 2020. However, Alliances is betting on a new strategic vision for the same period. The focus will be on financial balances and profitability, while taking into account CSR commitments in real estate projects.
Alliances intends to perpetuate the efforts made in recent years that have enabled the reduction and control of financial and structural costs.
