French-Moroccan Rapper Mister You Apologizes for Drug-Themed Video Shot in Spanish Trafficking Hub

The French rapper of Moroccan origin, Mister You, apologized for the drug trafficking scenes that appear in his latest clip, recorded in La Línea in Spain, precisely in the neighborhoods of La Atunara and la Verja.
Narco rap, a musical genre made up of execrable lyrics, has gained a lot of ground in Spain in recent years. Today, it has reached France. The French rapper of Moroccan origin, Mister You has also set his sights on La Línea, a Spanish town considered the heart of drug trafficking. The French artist has dedicated one of his songs to this place, with a rather evocative title, La Línea, and even recorded the music video there, which was released on February 7 on YouTube and has since accumulated hundreds of thousands of views.
The video was recorded in various places in La Línea, notably at the border with Gibraltar and in the La Atunara neighborhood. The lyrics of the song allude to drug trafficking by sea from Morocco. The chorus is quite explicit: "I’m towards La Línea, stop your cinema, live from Tangier, the hash is loaded." Another verse of the song specifies: "Me, I fuck the OCRTIS (Central Office for the Repression of Drug Trafficking) and the BRB, it’s better to take 20 years than to end up crazy."
The music video, for its part, goes into the details. It traces the path of the drug, from its production in Morocco to its arrival in France.
La Opinion de Málaga recalls that Mister You has already been arrested in the past for drug trafficking and incitement to consumption.
