Former Raja Casablanca Chief Denies Rumors of Royal Air Maroc Leadership Role

After his resignation from Raja Casablanca, Jawad Ziyat is said to be tipped to lead Royal Air Maroc, which is facing serious difficulties due to the health crisis caused by the coronavirus.
For having succeeded in restructuring Raja Casablanca, Jawad Ziyat would be tipped to head the national carrier, according to some rumors, reports Le360. For the former strongman of Raja Casablanca, it is fake news.
Jawad Ziyat claims to have never been contacted for such a nice offer. For now, Abdelhamid Addou remains the CEO of RAM.
Jawad Ziyat has been the target of rumors for several positions of responsibility in the past. He stepped down from Raja Casablanca on November 15, the club said in a statement.
According to the outgoing president, his mission to restructure the club being completed, he believes he has completed the task entrusted to him by the General Assembly that elected him president of Raja. The next elective assembly that should elect the next president is scheduled for December 21.
