Former Moroccan ’Super Cop’ Arrested for Violating COVID-19 Restrictions

Former police officer Hicham Mellouli was arrested by the authorities in the city of Tangier for flagrant violation of the state of health emergency. He was with the influencer Simo Bidouh at the time of his arrest.
The former "Super Cop" had kept a low profile for some time, but here he is illustrating himself in full violation of the state of health emergency in force to curb the spread of Covid-19. Following his arrest by the law enforcement, the former policeman was taken to the police station for questioning, reports Ahdath.info.
This is not the first time the former policeman has found himself on the wrong side of the law. In 2018, Hicham Mellouli was sentenced to one year in prison and another year in prison with a suspended sentence for "assault, injury and attempted rape" against two women. Finally acquitted in March 2020, he had spent a total of seven months in prison.
Let’s remember that the DGSN had suspended the "super cop" from his duties for repeatedly posting videos of his interventions in the field on social networks.
