Former Ajax Prodigy Mohamed Ihattaren Marries Amid Career Uncertainty

While rumors announce the end of his football career, Mohamed Ihattaren, 21, has married his fiancée, the influencer Yasmine Driouech.
The player’s new wife shared photos of the wedding on her Instagram account, with the caption "Mr. & Mrs. Ihattaren." In one of the photos, we see her, dressed in her white dress, showing her wedding ring. Mohamed Ihattaren and Yasmine Driouech got engaged last September, before breaking up a month and a half later, then getting back together a few weeks later.
The couple has a tumultuous relationship. In February, Driouech filed a complaint for assault against Ihattaren. The young player of Moroccan origin was arrested then released, but remains under judicial supervision. The influencer wanted to withdraw her complaint, but it was too late. After his loan to Ajax marked by a series of setbacks, Ihattaren returned at the beginning of the year to his home club, Juventus of Turin, with which he has signed until 2025.
The Ihattaren couple plans to settle in Dubai, a decision that would end the player’s career who has not yet played a match this year. Mo Ihattaren has also put his house in Vleuten up for sale. But close relatives of Ihattaren deny what they consider to be a rumor, specifying that the player simply wants to sell this house to buy another one. However, they avoid commenting on the rumors announcing the end of Ihattaren’s career.
2022 was a very eventful year for the footballer. He has faced threats since the announcement of his relationship with Yasmine. His vehicle was then set on fire due to his alleged ties to the Mocro Maffia, the Moroccan mafia active in the Netherlands. The 21-year-old player started his career with PSV at the age of 16. He had played 56 matches and scored 6 goals in the club’s first team. At 19, he joined Juventus, who loaned him to Sampdoria and then Ajax in 2022.
