Fishing Trawler Sinks Off Agadir Coast After Fire, All 12 Crew Members Rescued

The trawler, "Poissons du Sahara", caught fire on Monday off Agadir before sinking. No loss of life was reported and the 12 crew members were evacuated.
More fear than harm! The quick reaction of the authorities made it possible to assist the crew. Even though the boat is irretrievable, all those on board have safely returned to shore.
In a video of the incident widely shared on social media, we can see the voracity of the flames which, ultimately, overcame the trawler.
For now, the causes of this fire remain unknown and an investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the incident.
