FIFA Orders Congolese Player Tulenge to Return to Moroccan Club DHJ

Sunday 1 September 2019, by Bladi.net

FIFA has just dismissed the Congolese club, Vita club, in the "Ricky Tulenge" case, demanding the immediate return of the "fugitive" to El Jadida. Seized by the Moroccan club, the governing body of world football has delivered its verdict, warning the Congolese club.

The Moroccan club, DHJ, can finally breathe a sigh of relief in the Tulenge Congolese affair. The latter, under contract with the Moroccan club for three seasons, has shown dishonesty by signing again with the Congolese club, Vita club.

The case brought respectively before the national governing body, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and the international body, FIFA, has finally been settled by the body headed by Gianni Infantino. It has warned the Vita club against its illegal approach and demanded the immediate return of the Congolese player to his contractual club.

To rule on this file, FIFA obtained all the documents justifying the player’s membership in the Moroccan club, including three pay slips attesting to the payment of his salary over the last three months, as well as the first installment of his signing bonus, reports the club spokesman Doukkali.

The Congolese player is now with his back to the wall. He is forced to return to Morocco, under penalty of suspension and legal action. On the side of his wife, the contacts taken by the Moroccan club have made it possible to know that she would like to settle in Morocco.

She has also expressed her willingness to go live in El Jadida, after obtaining her entry visa to Morocco. However, the Congolese attacking midfielder, Ricky Tulenge, before his reintegration into the Doukkali club, must make a detour to a psychologist so that this situation does not repeat itself.
