Fatal Stabbing in Saint-Malo Linked to Drug Dispute; Moroccan Man Killed

A 37-year-old Moroccan was killed by a stab wound to the chest in Saint-Malo on August 14. A drug case would be the origin of this murder.
The murder took place in an apartment in the Lorette district of Saint-Malo. The thirty-year-old was stabbed to death by a member of his ex-in-laws who were housing him, reports actu.fr. The alleged murderer was arrested and then detained. The criminal division of the Rennes court is conducting a judicial investigation following this death.
The murder of the Moroccan would be linked to a drug case. Acts of violence are legion in the Lorette sector. A brawl had broken out on the night of August 2 to 3, 2021. A Malouin in his twenties had been beaten in the face and ended up in a coma. The police had arrested two of the alleged aggressors who are also in prison. Investigators will determine if the two cases are related.
