Fatal Shooting in Seville Leaves Moroccan Man Dead, Two Injured; Drug-Related Conflict Suspected

A man of Moroccan origin was killed in the night from Saturday to Sunday in Seville, in southern Spain. The exact circumstances of this shooting which also left two injured are not yet known.
The Homicide Group of the Seville Police quickly went to the scene after calls from residents. The first hours of the investigation led to the arrest of a suspect of Spanish nationality, while other suspects are actively being sought. The possibility of a confrontation involving several people related to a drug case is mentioned.
The neighbors, interviewed by journalists, expressed their surprise and shock, as they initially thought it was just firecrackers preceding the Christmas period. Sunday morning, the police had already lifted the security cordon, but the traces of the events, in particular the bullet impacts and the blood stains, were still visible.
