Fatal Hit-and-Run in Valencia: Teen Driver Kills Disabled Man During Police Chase

A fatal accident occurred in Valencia, Spain. A young man of Moroccan origin, pursued by the police, fatally mowed down a 51-year-old deaf-mute man sitting on the sidewalk.
The victim, who suffered from hearing and speech problems, was sitting on a sidewalk on Boulevard San Juan di Dios in Valencia, when he was surprised by an 18-year-old teenager who was being pursued by the police.
According to the initial findings of the investigation, the young man, who had consumed a large amount of drugs, lost control of his car, mounting the sidewalk before crushing the victim.
According to local media, he was caught by the police a few meters from the scene of the accident and taken into custody pending his appearance in court.
