Fatal Collision Near Tan-Tan: 3 Killed in Southern Morocco Truck Accident

The carnage on Moroccan roads continues. Three people were killed and one was injured in a road accident that occurred yesterday, Wednesday, near the city of Tan-Tan, in southern Morocco.
According to eyewitnesses on the spot, the tragedy occurred after a collision between a heavy truck and a light vehicle on the national road 1 between the communes of El Ouatia and Chbika, about forty kilometers from the city of Tan-Tan.
All the people in the car were killed on the spot, while the driver of the truck loaded with vegetables got away with minor injuries, we learned.
An investigation has been opened by the gendarmerie services to determine the exact causes of this accident.
About ten days ago, eight members of the same family had been killed and four others seriously injured in a road accident near Dakhla.
