Fatal Accident on Morocco’s High-Speed Rail Line Disrupts Service

The Al Boraq train fatally struck an individual between Tangier and Aqouass Briech. This tragic accident occurred when the victim "improperly entered the railway right-of-way," according to the National Railway Office (ONCF).
In a statement published online, the ONCF deplored the accident, which caused "a disruption of rail traffic on this line, during the time of the intervention of the firefighters".
The office also regretted the tragedy that occurred and presented "its apologies to its kind customers for the inconvenience suffered".
