Family Misses Flight to Morocco for Grandmother’s Funeral Due to Delayed PCR Test Results

The ten members of the same family were supposed to travel to help their grandfather, who is currently alone in Morocco. "The normally expected turnaround time for rapid tests is 4h to 6h. If they did not receive the results of their tests within the allotted time, travelers must contact Ecolog and their airline to see if they can get a refund," the same source said.

As for Ecolog, it assures that a refund is planned for customers on the 135 euros that the PCR test costs. It receives 68 euros, which represents the difference between the price of the rapid test and the price of the normal test. Furthermore, the contract clauses specify that Ecolog is in no way responsible for the delay that could lead passengers to miss their flight.
