Estée Lauder Names Supermodel Imaan Hammam as Global Brand Ambassador
The American cosmetics giant Estée Lauder has made Dutch model of Moroccan-Egyptian origin Imaan Hammam, a runway star, its new ambassador.
It was on her Instagram account that Imaan Hammam announced the news to her 1.6 million subscribers. "I am thrilled to announce my new role as a global ambassador for @esteelauder. It is a true honor and a dream to join the Estee Lauder family. I am so excited to show you all the incredible things we have in store. Stay tuned," she wrote. The news delighted her friends, who rushed to congratulate her. "Congratulations!!!" wrote American-Somali runway star Halima Aden. "Yesss Congratulations sister!!!" wrote French Cindy Bruna, adding fire and heart emojis.
Imaan also shared a short video in which she wears different outfits. We see her wearing a thigh-high dress topped with a full-length embroidered sheer dress, accessorized with layered necklaces, dangling earrings and chunky rings. She also wore a bright red latex jumpsuit, which she paired with a bold red lipstick. The 26-year-old model also wore an orange knit set consisting of a crop top and a skirt.
