Supermodel Stuns in Moroccan Masterpiece at Sister’s Marrakech Wedding
Imaan Hammam, a Dutch model of Moroccan-Egyptian origin, shone brightly in a Moroccan caftan during the celebration of her sister Aïcha’s wedding in Marrakech.
Invited to her sister Aicha’s wedding in Marrakech, Imaan Hammam appeared in a splendid caftan adorned with rich hand-embroidered gold thread embroidery, created by Moroccan designer Maryam Bouafi. The dress highlights the curves of the top model. Enough to impress Bouafi. "What an honor to have a model of her grace and elegance to embody my design," she wrote in the caption of a video of Imaan wearing her caftan posted on Instagram.
Imaan expressed her pride in Aicha. "Still floating after the most magical weekend in Marrakech. You already know how much I love my sister! Seeing her walk down the aisle moved me deeply," she wrote the day after her sister’s wedding. The latter lives in Amsterdam. Like her, Aicha is also a model.
