Emirati Journalist Sparks Controversy with Threats Against Moroccan Artists

Immediately after the episode of Mariam Hussein, the Moroccan actress and singer, sentenced to prison and deportation, the Emirati journalist, Saleh Jasmi, attacked another Moroccan artist, threatening her with retaliation and insulting her.
This attitude towards Moroccan women is eliciting mixed reactions from Internet users, who are questioning the real motives behind the journalist’s obsessive behavior.
"Now it’s Jalila’s turn, who is passing herself off as an Iraqi and claims to have a defamatory video about me. To her and the bitches who resemble her, I say: be careful, you are under my microscope, and he who laughs last laughs best," he posted on social media.
The Emirati journalist, Saleh Jasmi, had released an intimate video of the Moroccan star with an American rapper, before prosecuting her in court. Seized of the case, the Dubai prosecutor’s office had sentenced her to 3 months in prison and deportation from the country.
