Elderly Woman Survives Deadly Snake Bite in Southern Morocco After Swift Medical Response

A 70-year-old woman was victim of a snake bite in her home in Fam El Hisn, in the Tata region. The incident occurred as she was preparing lunch.
Immediately after the bite, the victim was rushed to the emergency department of the provincial hospital in Tata. On site, she received the necessary care which allowed her to narrowly escape certain death.
According to local sources, the rapid medical intervention was crucial in saving the life of the septuagenarian.
