Drug Trafficker Flees Fatal Accident in Berrechid, Morocco; One Woman Dead

A drug trafficker, who is already the subject of several national arrest warrants, fled after causing a fatal accident in Berrechid.
The accident occurred on Friday night into Saturday on the national road 9 connecting Berrechid to Deroua. The toll is one dead, a young woman who was in the passenger seat, next to the driver, a suspected drug trafficker who is already the subject of several national arrest warrants, reports the Arabic-language daily Al Akhbar. Aided by his accomplices, he fled just after the accident.
Informed, the gendarmerie services of Berrechid arrived at the scene of the accident to make the preliminary observations. After that, they were able to identify the driver. The latter is actively being sought by the gendarmes but also by the judicial police elements of the city.
