Diesel Prices Set to Drop 30 Cents in Morocco, Gasoline Holds Steady

After an increase recorded at the beginning of the month, the price of diesel should see a drop in mid-November. The price of gasoline, on the other hand, will remain almost unchanged.
This drop is around 30 cents per liter for diesel, which should bring it back to just over 16 dirhams in most Moroccan service stations, predict the professionals of the National Federation of Owners, Merchants and Managers of Service Stations in Morocco (FNPCGS).
Meanwhile, the price of gasoline will remain almost unchanged, showing a drop between 0.01 and 0.03 dirhams.
Nationally, the price per liter of diesel at the pump varies by region. In Casablanca, the price is around 16.40 dirhams, while the price of gasoline has remained stagnant since October, standing at around 14.75 dirhams.
