Deadline Extended for Young Moroccan Expats to Apply for Winter University Program

The government has decided to extend the deadline for applications from young Moroccans residing abroad to participate in the winter university, according to a press release from the ministry in charge of Moroccans residing abroad.
Initially scheduled for November 15, the deadline has been postponed to November 29. In a press release, the supervisory ministry specified that the 4th edition of this program to strengthen ties with Moroccans residing abroad and the rising generations will take place in person and in compliance with preventive measures. It will be held in collaboration with Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane and will take place from December 21 to 22, 2020.
Regarding applications, they are expected on the electronic website of the supervisory ministry. The application file includes an online form to be filled out, followed by a copy of the Baccalaureate obtained in the host country, the student card or the school certificate, and the Moroccan national identity card.
The objective of the cultural meeting is to consolidate, among other things, the relationship of young people abroad with their country Morocco, at all levels, and to transmit the Moroccan civilizational values based on dialogue, tolerance and respect for others.
