Czech Tourist Dies in Parachuting Accident in Morocco’s El Haouz Province

A Czech tourist died on Saturday, October 26, when he jumped from a mountain plateau in Akerkour in the province of El Haouz.
While practicing his favorite sport in this deserted region known for high-risk activities, the Czech citizen was unable to open his parachute in time.
The rue20 website, without specifying the individual’s age or level of experience, reported that the fall left the victim no chance.
The elements of the Royal Gendarmerie and Civil Protection went to the scene. The body was transferred to the morgue, while an investigation was opened to determine the exact circumstances of the death.
