Construction Begins on Casablanca’s Tallest Skyscraper

Casablanca is getting a new skyscraper. The work on the "M Tower", located in the heart of the Casa Anfa business district, has begun under the leadership of the Mfadel and Red Med Real Estate groups. This real estate project aims to redesign the horizon of the Moroccan economic capital.
With its 32 floors reaching a height of 131 meters, the tower will offer modern office spaces meeting the highest standards. Strategically positioned on the Boulevard de l’Aéronautique, it benefits from a prime location, close to a large 1,500-space parking lot.
Its spiral architecture, unique in its kind, will allow the occupants to enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of Casablanca, as well as optimal natural lighting on each floor, reports Al Ahdath Al Maghribia.
In addition to the office spaces, the tower will also house three floors dedicated to shops. Restaurants, a wellness center and a panoramic gourmet restaurant accessible by elevators will energize the life of the neighborhood.
The "M Tower" is intended to be a symbol of innovation and excellence, confirming Casablanca’s role as a major regional financial hub.
To meet the needs of different types of companies, the tower is designed with two independent entrances. The lower levels are intended for startups and freelancers, while the upper floors, which can be customized as desired, will accommodate multinationals, for rent or sale.
