Competition for Hakim Ziyech at Galatasaray

Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech will be in competition with French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, who has just joined the Turkish club Galatasaray after a season on loan at Napoli.
Galatasaray announced on Monday the arrival of two Tottenham players, Davinson Sanchez and Tanguy Ndombele. The latter is joining on a one-season loan with a 15 million euro purchase option. The French midfielder will receive an annual net salary of 3.136 million euros. The 26-year-old player will play alongside Hakim Ziyech, 30. He will therefore be a formidable competitor for the former Chelsea attacking midfielder, who was recruited by the Turkish club Galatasaray on August 16. After his misadventure at Stamford Bridge, the Atlas Lion must impose himself in Turkey to gain the trust of the club’s management and supporters. His competitor was crowned Italian champion with Napoli last season.
Davinson Sanchez, the other Tottenham player who signed with Galatasaray, has committed for the next five seasons, including one option, for 9.5 million euros. The Colombian central defender will receive a salary of just over 3 million euros net per year.
