Injury Sidelines Ziyech as Galatasaray Faces Manchester United in Champions League Clash

Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech, who recently joined Galatasaray from Chelsea, is not in the lineup for the match against Manchester United. An opportunity for the Mancunians?
Barely arrived at RAMS Park, Hakim Ziyech is already delighting Galatasaray fans. He has scored a goal and provided an assist in three appearances. But an injury is preventing him from playing the Turkish club’s upcoming matches. Galatasaray has flown to Old Trafford without him, where they will face Manchester United tonight. The Moroccan international is not on the list of 19 players selected by coach Okan Buruk: Fernando Muslera, Gunay Guvenc, Angelino, Kaan Ayhan, Abdulkerim Bardakci, Sacha Boey, Victor Nelsson, Davinson Sanchez, Kerem Akturkoglu, Kerem Demirbay, Tanguy Ndombele, Sergio Oliveira, Mateus Tete, Lucas Torreira, Baris Alper Yilmaz, Cedric Bakambu, Mauro Icardi, Dries Mertens, Wilfried Zaha.
Can Hakim Ziyech’s absence be considered an opportunity for the Mancunians? In addition to the former Chelsea attacking midfielder, Galatasaray players like Davinson Sanchez and Tanguy Ndombele, who arrived this summer from Tottenham Hotspur, Wilfried Zaha, Angelino and Lucas Torreira have Premier League experience. As for their teammates Dries Mertens and Mauro Icardi, they have scored many goals on the European stage. It will certainly be difficult for the Red Devils to defeat Okan Buruk’s protégés.
