Cold Snap Hits Morocco: Sub-Zero Temperatures and Mountain Showers Expected Sunday

It will be a rather cold day this Sunday, March 29 in Morocco, with temperatures below 0, especially in the highlands.
During the day, the weather will be relatively cold on the reliefs and high plateaus, with some low clouds near the coasts, in the morning and at night.
In the afternoon, the sky will be temporarily to often cloudy over the Rif, the reliefs of the High and Middle Atlas, with light scattered showers.
According to DMN, in the morning, it will be 3 degrees on the Atlas reliefs, 3 to 9 degrees on the Rif, the Oriental, the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus, the southeast slopes and 9 to 14 degrees elsewhere in the Kingdom.
In the afternoon, we expect 7 to 12 degrees on the Atlas, Rif and eastern high plateaus, 12 to 17 degrees on the Mediterranean coast and the southeast slopes, 17 to 23 degrees on the Saiss, on the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus, the plains west of the Atlas, the Souss, the north of the southern provinces and near the Atlantic coasts. As for the southern provinces, they will record 24 to 30 degrees.
