CNSS Implements Safety Measures, Eases Benefit Requirements Amid Coronavirus Crisis

In an effort to comply with preventive measures against the coronavirus, the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) announced on Wednesday that it will reduce the movements of its affiliates and guarantee their safety and that of its staff.
In a press release, the CNSS stated that "the submission of life and school certificates is no longer necessary for the maintenance of benefit services, until further notice". Also, "benefit files that are at risk of being out of time from March 18, 2020, and throughout the crisis period, will be accepted after the normal resumption of activity".
Among other measures, the CNSS has decided to suspend access to its agencies. Thus, for clients wishing to submit their benefit claims, collection boxes will be available at the entrance of CNSS agencies to receive envelopes bearing the insured’s registration number and mobile phone number. As for monitoring the progress of file processing, this will be done via the insured portal or the "MY CNSS" mobile application and the "Allo Damane" call center.
As for the benefits of the Fund, they remain "operational" for companies on the editing platform via the "DAMANCOM" portal, and for employees via the "Insured" portal, in addition to the platform for downloading the necessary forms for processing applications via the institutional portal, cnss.ma.
