Child’s Body Found in Well Near Inezgane, Morocco After Days-Long Search

A few days after his disappearance, a child was found dead at the bottom of a well located in an agricultural operation on the Souss wadi, near the Trast district, under the commune of Inezgane.
Another child found dead in a well. The lifeless body of a child under 10 years old was discovered at the bottom of a well located in an agricultural operation on the Souss wadi, near the Trast district, under the commune of Inezgane. This discovery follows the report by a mother of the disappearance of her child to the judicial police services of Inezgane and the investigation conducted by them.
A child who had accompanied the victim on the day of his disappearance was heard as part of the investigation. After this hearing, the same services, in collaboration with elements of the Auxiliary Forces and Civil Protection, conducted a large-scale combing operation along the Souss wadi, in addition to search operations in the waters of the watercourse. And they managed to find the deceased child, or at least his lifeless body.
Is it a criminal act? The investigations rule out this hypothesis. The child would have died following an accidental fall.
