Chelsea’s Ziyech Pleads with Owner for PSG Transfer, Deal Falls Through

Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech went all out for his transfer to PSG. He even sent a message to the owner of Chelsea. Without success.
Desperate after Chelsea sent bad administrative documents needed to approve the contract at PSG, which had found an agreement for the dry loan without a purchase option of Hakim Ziyech, the Moroccan international sent SMS messages to the president of the English club to beg him to let him leave. Ziyech was so desperate that he would have sent SMS messages to Todd Boehly, "asking him to give the green light to the transfer", reports The Mirror. In vain. The transmission of the documents was delayed. As a result, the signing of the Atlas Lion did not materialize.
On Wednesday, the legal commission of the LFP responsible for approving contracts rejected the request of PSG. The latter had referred it to ask it to validate the contract of the 29-year-old player. End of a failed transaction that Ziyech is not about to forget. He who had strongly expressed the desire to leave Stamford Bridge this winter will still have to wait until the end of the season.
