Chelsea Sets High Price Tag for Hakim Ziyech’s Summer Transfer

Chelsea is said to be ready to let Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech leave this summer, whose contract runs until 2025. However, the English club sets a condition.
For Chelsea, Ziyech’s transfer can materialize this summer, but conditions apply. The English club would like a substantial compensation to be paid for a possible transfer of the Moroccan international, who arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2020 from Ajax as part of a 40 million euro contract, reports Calciomercato.com.
The Chelsea management does not want an agreement similar to the one that signed Romelu Lukaku’s return to Inter. In June 2022, the Belgian international had been officially loaned for one season to the Nerazzurri by the London club, which had bet 115 million euros to snatch him from the Lombard club last summer. It remains to be seen whether Italy will be Ziyech’s next destination.
