West Ham Joins Race for Chelsea’s Ziyech as Premier League Clubs Circle

West Ham wants to acquire the services of Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech who is ready to leave Chelsea this summer. Other clubs also express the same wish.
Despite the failure of his transfer to PSG, Hakim Ziyech remains determined to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. He is still "in contact with" the Parisian club, the English press reports, adding that West Ham is interested in the 30-year-old player. In addition to the Hammers, other Premier League and La Liga clubs such as Fulham, Tottenham, West Ham, Real Betis, Fenerbahçe and especially Besiktas are showing interest in the Chelsea attacking midfielder.
Nearly three years after his arrival at Stamford Bridge from Ajax as part of a 40 million euro contract, Hakim Ziyech has not met the expectations of the London club, which is ready to let him go this summer on condition that a substantial compensation is paid for a possible transfer. Ziyech’s contract runs until 2025.
