Chelsea Eyes PSG’s Hakimi as Pochettino Talks Progress

PSG is awaiting an interesting offer to part ways with Moroccan right-back Achraf Hakimi. Chelsea is already showing interest in the 24-year-old player.
PSG is planning a major reconstruction and would consider selling Achraf Hakimi if an interesting offer is made, reports TEAMtalk. In his exclusive column for CaughtOffside, journalist and sports commentator Ben Jacobs indicated that Chelsea is showing interest in the Moroccan international. In addition, the London club is in advanced talks to reach an agreement with former Tottenham and PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino. The latter has often fielded the 24-year-old player when he was the manager of the Parisian club.
Hakimi’s potential signing will not be easy for the English club. It will have to face competition. Manchester United also wants to acquire the services of the Moroccan international. Erik ten Hag’s team is looking for a new right-back.
