The police of the Anfa district in Casablanca carried out a surprise operation, targeting wellness centers suspected of masking prostitution activities.
This operation, carried out on the instructions of the competent prosecutor’s office, led to the arrest of six people, including two young men.
This police raid follows a series of complaints filed by residents of the buildings housing these establishments, reports Hespress. Exasperated by the nuisance caused and suspecting illegal activities, the residents alerted the authorities.
The searches carried out in one of these spas, located in the Derb Omar district, made it possible to apprehend six individuals involved in a prostitution network. The arrested persons were placed in custody for the needs of the ongoing investigation.
