Casablanca Parking Controversy: Driver Charged 100 Dirhams for 43-Minute Stay at Train Station

By parking his car in front of the Casa-Voyageurs Station, a Casablanca resident was far from imagining that he would pay 100 dirhams for 43 minutes of parking, or more than 2 dirhams per minute.
The publication of the copy of the receipt on social networks has provoked criticism from many Internet users due to the price deemed excessive. In their sights, the National Railway Office (ONCF), accused of all evils.
Justified reactions? The motorist in question seems to have told an approximate truth because clear indications of the parking price... are available in the parking lot.
It is a small quick-pass and free parking lot in case the customer has not exceeded the indicated time. Otherwise, he will have to pay a "very salty" bill.
