A doctor, manager of a private clinic in Casablanca, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, for having falsified real estate documents.
The doctor’s private clinic was seized by the judicial authorities, for his alleged involvement in an attempted expropriation of other people’s real estate.
The investigation revealed that the doctor-clinician tried to produce false documents in order to appropriate the said clinic as well as other real estate.
According to Hibapress, the clinic will be auctioned off as part of the ongoing legal proceedings and all its material and other assets will be seized by the justice system.
