The Moroccan city is well ahead of Liberia, Costa Rica, which is up 144.9%. But FlightHub singles out the Moroccan case: changes in air services are contributing to this surge.
The original report highlights the Montreal–Casablanca and Toronto–Casablanca routes. The economic capital is benefiting from the expansion of its Canadian connections, including the direct route launched by Royal Air Maroc to Toronto.
These figures cover bookings made through FlightHub. They do not measure official tourist arrivals in Casablanca or the share of family travel.
