Bus Accident at Barcelona Airport Injures 10 Ryanair Passengers

A small scare at El Prat airport in Barcelona. On Friday, a bus transporting passengers from the terminal to the Ryanair plane that was to take off for Morocco had an accident, injuring about ten people, including the driver.
The ambulances of the Medical Emergency System (SEM) were quickly deployed on the spot following the accident that occurred on a service road at El Prat airport, reports ElCaso.com. A dozen people were injured, including the bus driver. The Guardia Civil will open an investigation to determine the causes and circumstances of the accident. The bus driver, a Ryanair employee, will also have to undergo alcohol and drug tests, it is specified.
The injured are of different nationalities. They were taken care of by the emergency and rescue services. Five of them have more or less serious injuries and were taken to nearby hospitals (one to Bellvitge, two to Castelldefels and two to Sant Boi) to receive appropriate care.
