Brothers Arrested in Fatal Motorcycle Hit-and-Run Near Berrechid
Two brothers were arrested on Tuesday, March 9 by elements of the royal gendarmerie near Berrechid. They are accused of "flight" and "failure to assist a person in danger" after fatally hitting a young woman with their motorcycle.
The lifeless body of the victim was found by the elements of the royal gendarmerie. In addition to the autopsy to determine the cause of death, an investigation was opened to find the people who fled the scene of the accident. The information gathered from witnesses to the tragedy led to the identification of two brothers, still on the motorcycle that caused the fatal accident, reports Alyaoum24.
The two accused were taken into custody for questioning before being brought before the competent prosecutor.
