British Ambassador Slams Royal Air Maroc for Flight Delays and Baggage Issues

Thomas Reilly, the British Ambassador to Morocco, accused Royal Air Maroc (RAM) of poor service in a tweet on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
In the tweet of the outraged Ambassador, on Wednesday evening, we can read: "The RAM flight was more than an hour late leaving London tonight. It landed in Casablanca nearly an hour ago and our bags still haven’t arrived. It’s no wonder people get irritated".
And then, later, an exchange, in relation to this same tweet, confirms the anger of the British Ambassador, who provided explanations that his status has allowed him: "I called some contacts at Casablanca Airport. Apparently the problem was with the RAM plane. It seems the pilot left the aircraft after turning it off, which prevented the unloading of the luggage. Finally, with the help of officials at the Airport, the situation was resolved and I recovered my bag, 70 minutes after landing!"
It should be noted that two weeks ago, the same Ambassador complained about the same Company, again on Twitter, that the seats were narrow and there was little space between the rows, on a RAM plane. He then wrote: "Is it just me or have they reduced the legroom between the seat rows?" In addition, he described his flight as "a really tight and uncomfortable flight".
