British Ambassador Slams Royal Air Maroc for Unexplained Flight Delay to UK

The British ambassador to Rabat, Thomas Reilly, is complaining again about Royal Air Maroc (RAM) due to the delay of his flight to the United Kingdom.
"In Casablanca, waiting for my Royal Air Maroc flight to the UK. It is delayed by two hours: no explanation for the delay has been given," the British diplomat writes on his Twitter account. He is outraged by the reason given later by RAM, which justifies the delay by the weather conditions in London when "the weather in London is 9 degrees and clear".
"Like other airlines in Europe, there are also a lot of communication and flight delays. So what’s new? Because it’s a Moroccan company," reacted an Internet user. The British diplomat replies to him: "That’s good. Honestly, delays don’t bother me. Really not. It’s the lack of explanation or apologies that bothers me."
According to him, his indignation concerns the lack of communication - no explanation for the delay, no apologies for the inconvenience caused. "It’s not too much to ask!" he exclaims.
The complaints of the British ambassador to Rabat, Thomas Reilly, towards RAM are becoming legion. On June 26, 2019, he had complained about the loss of his luggage and the delay of his flight.
