Bride Dies Mysteriously on Wedding Night in Morocco, Poisoning Suspected

The tragedy took place on Sunday, December 29, in the commune of Labiar in Guelmim, when a young woman, about twenty years old, was rushed to the hospital due to colic.

Her relatives accuse a friend of the young bride who would have poisoned her by serving her a glass of water during the party.

An autopsy of the body was ordered by the public prosecutor’s office, before the burial of the body on Sunday. An investigation has also been opened to determine the exact circumstances of the death.
