Brazilian Woman Arrested at Casablanca Airport for Smuggling 3 kg of Cocaine

An attempt to traffic 3.11 kg of cocaine was thwarted at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, according to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The police elements operating at this airport did not have much difficulty in aborting this trafficking attempt. The accused, a 24-year-old Brazilian national, arrived in Morocco on a flight from Sao Paulo (Brazil), reports the MAP.
In transit in Morocco while waiting for a connecting flight to Toulouse Airport in France, her package, hidden under the belt and underwear, was discovered, the same source said.
The accused was immediately transferred to Ibn Rochd University Hospital to ensure her health status pending the opening of a judicial investigation to reveal the circumstances of this case.
