Boufal’s Acrobatic Stunner Ignites Morocco’s Win, Sparks French Media Frenzy

Tuesday evening’s performance by Sofiane Boufal in the match between Morocco and Guinea Conakry has provoked reactions. Better, the player has opened his goal-scoring account with the Atlas Lions, by scoring Morocco’s 4th goal, triggering an avalanche of comments in the French press and on social networks.
"Sofiane Boufal delights," writes Onze Mondial who believes that "it was worth the wait". "Magnificent scissors kick," echoes L’Équipe while Foot Mercato describes it as a "very nice goal".
Boufal "participated in the celebration, Tuesday evening, by scoring the last goal of his team. And not in any way: an acrobatic scissors kick," writes Ouest France. So Foot finds, for its part, that this "little acrobatic scissors kick" is "ideal to unblock his goal-scoring account with the national team".
Sofiane Boufal largely contributed to the qualification of the Atlas Lions to the third and final round that separates Morocco from a qualification for the 2022 World Cup. The Moroccan selection had already scored three goals when Sofiane Boufal treated himself to this superb acrobatic scissors kick that sent the ball into the back of the Guinean goalkeeper’s net.
