Belgian Soccer Star Carcela Caught in Illegal Match During COVID-19 Lockdown

Then I recognized several stars and asked them to stop playing, as they had to set an example. We are facing an unprecedented health crisis. The Basse-Meuse police arrived very quickly on the scene and I congratulate them for their perfect, firm, psychological intervention, with the necessary tact to evacuate the stadium completely in a calm manner," he specifies.
