Bayern Munich Revives Interest in Moroccan Midfielder Sofyan Amrabat Amid Transfer Market Shifts
The future of Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat could be drawn in the Bundesliga, at Bayern Munich. Following Declan Rice’s wish to join Arsenal rather than Munich, the Amrabat option is being studied again.
Although the German club is currently devoting most of its recruitment efforts to Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane, it does not rule out signing a midfielder if the conditions are favorable.
Amrabat had already been previously announced to Bayern. Despite a preference expressed by his brother for a Spanish club following Fiorentina’s defeat in the Europa Conference League final, the English press reveals that Manchester United has started discussions with Amrabat. The player, whose contract with Fiorentina expires next June, is very open to a change of scenery this summer.
The list of Bayern’s potential transfers continues to include Amrabat, according to the same source, although no final decision has been made.
