Barcelona Loanee Abdessamad Ezzalzouli Shines at Osasuna, Faces Uncertain Future

After an exceptional season at Osasuna, Abdessamad Ezzalzouli must return to FC Barcelona, against his will. He knows he won’t get the playing time he deserves.
Loaned by Barcelona to Osasuna, Abde Ez was able to make the most of this opportunity. In 34 games played, the native of Beni Mellal was able to stand out with 6 goals and 3 assists, showing what he was really capable of. Several clubs have shown interest but nothing concrete so far, with FC Barcelona seeming to be waiting first to study the offers.
Xavi Hernández, Barça’s coach, praised the young talent during a press conference, saying: "He is getting the most out of his loan, he makes the difference and we are very happy with him. Barça needs players of this level. When he returns, we will decide. But Abde can be important for us." Abde Ez’s return seems important, but the player fears being left on the bench or even relegated to the B team.
